Bill’s background lies heavily in automotive sales technologies. Having operated one of the largest finance lead generation shops at Voisys, and building several related solutions, his focus lies in enhancing dealership sales.

Anthony Liatsis, Co-Founder & CTO

Anthony is an engineer based in Silicon Valley with a focus in full-stack web applications. He was previously a lead engineer at RelateIQ (acquired by Salesforce). Anthony holds a BA/MA in cognitive neuroscience from Stanford University.

Bill Gerhard, Co-Founder & Head of Strategic Initiatives

Bill is an automotive and financial services veteran, with a significant tenure at AAA, BlueYield, and the Florida branch of NADA. He sold and trained dealers on F&I products and practices early in his career.

Kent Mihlbauer, Marketing and Channel Sales Director

Kent is a marketing, sales, and client strategist that has experience with OEM, Tier 2 regional, dealership, and automotive vendors. He was part of the team that developed and launched the original “Americas Best Warranty for Hyundai. He also ran Tier 2 marketing for both Mazda and Kia western regions as well as spent time working with AutoNation. Kent is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and enjoys spending his weekends riding the Los Angeles mountains and canyons with his wife. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – go Badgers! – and enjoys snow-free winters.

John Koehler, Product

John Koehler has over 15 years of experience creating products and solutions for the automotive and finance industries. He’s been a key member of the product management, and corporate management, teams at DealerTrack, TrueCar, and He holds both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.

Joe Karnes, Director of Sales

Joe lives and breathes digital marketing, specifically within the automotive space. He worked for, focusing on Dealership’s online to in-store operational effectiveness. Joe moved into a General Manager’s position at a dealership in North Carolina. He effectively installed and implemented Digital Retailing as a core operation to enhance customer sentiment and improve PVR. He has a deep passion for auto racing and the outdoors.

Gary Thelen, Sales Executive

Gary has been in the automotive dealership business since 1991. First as a floorplan manager for GE Capital then as a CFO for a dealership group and later as a Dealer for a point for GM in Ohio. After selling his interest in a dealership group in 2015 he has been consulting at Dealerships since then. Gary is from Wisconsin having completed his undergrad studies at Marquette University and his MBA from Indiana University. He is married and has three daughters
