Most BDC’s were set up to take internet and phone leads to allow the showroom floor salespeople to work the ups that were on the lot. Thus, they became information providers and appointment setters for the showroom sales staff.

The average time for a customer to buy a vehicle through our platform is 35 minutes. That includes doing the credit app, co-applicant if needed, trade valuation, payoff information, selecting preferred financing from your lender offerings, choosing ancillary F&I products, type of license plate, taxes, fees, even delivery charges for those that want the vehicle delivered. 

When a customer comes to the showroom, they can test drive the vehicle and execute the delivery signatures needed in the deal jacket. This usually takes a few minutes beyond the time it takes to test drive the vehicle if they do desire a test drive before taking the vehicle home.
